Yes, switch anytime from your account settings. When you move to annual, we prorate your remaining monthly period and you immediately start saving CHF 61/year.
Where is my data stored?
Switzerland. All your invoices, expenses, and client data stay on Swiss servers in Zürich under Swiss law. We never share your data with third parties.
Do invoices include Swiss QR codes?
Every invoice includes a Swiss QR code that meets the standard introduced in October 2022. Your clients can scan it with any Swiss banking app for instant payment.
How does the AI expense scanning work?
Snap a photo of any receipt or forward it via email to import@scan.magicheidi.ch. Our AI reads the amount, date, VAT, category, and vendor automatically, then creates the expense entry. No manual typing required.
Can I export my data if I leave?
Yes. Export all invoices, expenses, and client data anytime as a complete ZIP file with all original documents, or as CSV/PDF for your accountant. Your data always belongs to you.
