Import Your Data into Magic Heidi

Move your customers, products and invoices from Shopify, Stripe, App Store or any other tool — we handle the migration for you.

Moving from another tool or spreadsheets? We'll handle the import for you:

  1. Gather your data — export your customer list, product catalog or invoices from your current tool (Excel, CSV or even PDF).
  2. Email it to us at hello@magicheidi.ch.
  3. We import everything into your Magic Heidi account within 48 hours, correctly formatted and ready to use.

This service is free and included with every Magic Heidi account.


Shopify, Stripe & App Store

If you sell through Shopify, Stripe or the Apple App Store, watch the video above for a step-by-step walkthrough. The general process:

  1. Export your sales/transaction data from the platform (usually CSV or Excel).
  2. Send the file to hello@magicheidi.ch with a short note about which platform it comes from.
  3. We map the fields (customer name, amounts, dates, products) and import them into Magic Heidi.

Tip: If you use multiple platforms, send all files in one email — we'll handle them together.

After import you can immediately start creating new invoices with your existing customer and product data — no re-typing needed.


Importing yourself (CSV / Excel)

If you prefer to do it yourself:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Look for the Import section.
  3. Upload your CSV or Excel file.
  4. Map the columns to Magic Heidi fields (the app guides you through this).
  5. Review and confirm.

For best results, make sure your file has clear column headers (e.g. "Customer Name", "Email", "Price").
