One payout, one entry
Integrations rarely fail on the tech. They fail on VAT, fees and payment matching. That's why in Magic Heidi you record what actually lands in your bank account.
Connect your bank
Directly or via CSV/Excel. Heidi spots credits from Shopify, Stripe & co. as income.
Drop in the PDF
Drag and drop the payout report. Heidi reads the amount and date and attaches the PDF as the receipt.
Fees under control
Fees and refunds are already deducted from the payout. Subscriptions and ads via the AI receipt scan.

Online shops and app stores, booked cleanly
A guide for every platform: what's inside the net payout, what you book separately, and how to handle it in 2 minutes a month.
Shopify
Drop in the payout PDF and the amount and date are read. Book the subscription separately.
Etsy
Record the payout from your Etsy Payment Account, attach the monthly statement.
Amazon
Seller Central and FBA: payouts every 14 days, Date Range Report as the receipt.
App Store
Apple is merchant of record. You book the payout per region, with the Financial Report.
Google Play
Google pays out around the 15th of the following month. Earnings report as the receipt.
Incoming payments, matched cleanly
Card, Stripe, TWINT or bank transfer: in the end the money lands in your account. Magic Heidi matches invoice payments automatically, and a batch payout is booked as one income entry.
Stripe
Payout as income, reconciliation report as the receipt. No webhook setup needed.
TWINT
Import your TWINT export, income is created. Reconcile fees cleanly.
SumUp
Card payments on the go: payout as income, fees recorded cleanly.
Revolut Business
Multi-currency account for foreign clients. What it can and can't do with QR invoices.
Any Swiss bank
Connect your account or import CSV/Excel. Payments land on the right invoice.
Your workflow is unusual? Automate it.
For everything without its own guide: Zapier with no code, API and webhooks for developers, and your accountant gets direct access.
What users say about the integrations
4.8 out of 5 from over 200 public reviews.
“Since I have a Revolut Business account, I wrote to support about the bank details. They were not only very friendly but so professional that they adapted the app to what I needed. … Highly recommended.”
“I was looking for a simple solution that would also book purchases from my online shop automatically. Thanks to the Zapier integration, that works without a hitch.”
“I use the API to integrate with n8n and generate invoices for my small association. It works like a charm. … The API is well documented and easy to use.”
Questions about integrations
Which integrations does Magic Heidi offer?
Three routes: bring payments in through your bank account, connected directly or via statement import. Drop in payout reports from Shopify, Stripe, Etsy, Amazon, the App Store or Google Play as PDFs. Or automate with Zapier, the API and webhooks. Everything else Magic Heidi does is on the features page.
Is there an automatic sync with Shopify, Stripe or Etsy?
No, there's no direct connection, and most sole proprietorships don't need one. You book the amount that lands in your account once per payout, from the bank import or a PDF. If you want every single order recorded automatically, connect your shop via Zapier.
Do I have to book every order individually?
No. With simplified bookkeeping (sole proprietorship under CHF 500'000 revenue, Art. 957 CO), one entry per payout is enough, with the payout report as the receipt. Fees and refunds are already deducted from the payout and stay traceable through the report. Subscription fees, apps and ads are booked separately as expenses.
What changes once I'm VAT-registered?
You must register for VAT from CHF 100'000 annual revenue. From then on the gross sales from the platform report count, not just the net payout. With the net tax rate method, bookkeeping still stays simple. Magic Heidi knows every rate (8.1 %, 2.6 %, 3.8 %) and prepares your return for the ESTV ePortal. More in the VAT guide.
Which banks does bank matching work with?
Any Swiss bank, for example UBS, PostFinance, Raiffeisen, ZKB, Migros Bank or a cantonal bank: via CSV/Excel export, or connected directly through SIX bLink if your bank is on it. Incoming payments are matched to the right invoice automatically. Details on the bank statement import.
Is it safe to connect my bank account?
Yes. The connection runs through SIX bLink, the Swiss open banking platform, and Magic Heidi can only read, never trigger payments. Your data is stored in Zurich and encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). You can turn on two-factor login and export all your data at any time. If you'd rather not connect anything, just import your bank statement as CSV or Excel.
And TWINT?
That works too: import the export from the TWINT portal. Step by step, including fees and payouts, in our TWINT guide (currently in German only).
Do I need programming skills?
No. Bank import, PDF upload and Zapier all work with a few clicks. The API is meant for developers who want to create invoices from their own system. You can test the QR invoice API without an API key. More on the API page.
Are the integrations included in the free plan?
Yes. You can test bank import, PDF upload and Zapier on the free plan with every feature: 3 invoices and 3 receipts in total, no credit card. For the API, you request a key from us. After that, Pro costs CHF 24.99 per month billed yearly (CHF 299) or CHF 39 monthly, VAT included. All details on the pricing page.
