Yes, Magic Heidi is a native invoicing app for Android, available on the Google Play Store. You download it for free and start without a credit card. Tap Start free on your phone and you land straight in the right store.
Can I write QR invoices on my Android phone?
Yes. Every invoice automatically gets the Swiss QR payment slip to the SIX standard, with VAT and your logo. You invoice in CHF or EUR, in German, French, Italian, English or Romansh. You send it as a PDF by email, straight from the app. More in our invoicing software.
How do I scan receipts on Android?
Open the app, take a photo of the receipt with your camera, and the AI reads merchant, date, amount and VAT rate. You check it quickly and save. With Pro, scans are unlimited (fair use). Details on AI receipt scanning.
Can I use the same account on Android, iPhone, Mac and Windows?
Yes. One account works on all your devices, and everything syncs in real time. Start the invoice on your phone and finish it on your Mac, on Windows or in the web app.
I'm switching from iPhone to Android. Does my data come with me?
Yes. Your invoices, clients and receipts live in your account, not on your phone. Install the app, log in, and everything is there. It works the same way in reverse, back to the iPhone.
Do I need an internet connection?
Yes. Magic Heidi stores your data in the cloud so your phone, laptop and web app always show the same state. That's why the app needs an internet connection; mobile data is enough.
Which Android devices are supported?
Magic Heidi runs on Android smartphones with the Google Play Store, for example from Samsung, Google Pixel, OnePlus or Fairphone. You'll find the current system requirements in the Google Play Store listing. If your device doesn't fit, use the web app in your browser.
Where is my data stored?
On servers in Zurich, encrypted in transit and at rest. Some features, such as AI receipt scanning, use services that partly run outside Switzerland. More on the security page.
