Magic Heidi raises CHF 150,000 in two weeks — crowdinvesting now open to everyone

Almost all of it came from the company's own customers. From today the campaign is public: anyone can invest.

Zurich, 17 September 2026 – Swiss invoicing and accounting software Magic Heidi has secured CHF 150,000 in the first two weeks of its equity round, almost entirely from its own customers. From today the campaign is public: anyone can invest, from CHF 690.

"We started this round with our users, not with investors. Raising CHF 150,000 in two weeks — from people who use the product every day — is the best signal we could have asked for," says founder Nathan Ganser. "Now we're opening it to everyone."

The CHF 150,000 raised so far was subscribed directly by customers during the non-public opening phase. From today, subscriptions run publicly through the crowdinvesting platform Conda: conda.ch/magicheidi.

The company is raising CHF 250,000 at a CHF 2.3 million pre-money valuation. If fully subscribed, new shareholders will together hold around 9.8% of Magic Heidi SA. The round issues voting common shares at CHF 23 each, with a minimum investment of CHF 690.

Magic Heidi serves Swiss self-employed professionals and small businesses. The application combines invoicing, QR-bills, AI-powered receipt scanning, VAT reporting and accounting in one app for web, macOS, Windows, iOS and Android.

The company today counts over 750 paying customers and generates more than CHF 200,000 in annual recurring revenue — double the figure from spring 2025. The operating business is profitable; until this round, the team of three built Magic Heidi without external funding.

Magic Heidi intends to use the new capital primarily to accelerate customer acquisition through mobile channels — above all in German-speaking Switzerland, the country's largest language region, where the company is still barely known.

The Magic Heidi product has existed since 2023. Magic Heidi SA was incorporated in July 2026 as the vehicle for the equity round.
