Can I send invoices in EUR or USD?
Yes. Magic Heidi supports over 50 currencies. Exchange rates pull from the daily rate automatically. For VAT invoices in a foreign currency we show the foreign-currency amount plus the VAT in CHF, as required by the Swiss Federal Tax Administration.
I make less than CHF 100'000 per year – do I charge VAT?
No. In Switzerland, VAT registration is mandatory only above CHF 100'000 annual turnover. Below that threshold you invoice without VAT. Magic Heidi lets you set VAT status per company, so you don't see VAT fields until you need them.
Can I send invoices from my phone?
